Z-Folding process
The Z-Folding Process battery demonstrates impressive performance and versatility. By taking advantage of low internal resistance, it enables efficient discharge of a high-current battery in a shorter time. Compared to the Winding Process battery, it achieves a 0.2V higher discharge at equivalent loads, ensuring consistent and reliable power, and also has a 5 % higher energy density in the same volume and longer cycle life. The Z-Folding Process allows for precise electrode sizes to be tailored to the dimensions of the lithium battery, optimizing control over the size and shape of the battery.
