TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE AND SALE


1. General provisions

1.1. These online store rules (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) are a legal document binding on the Buyer and the Seller, establishing the rights, obligations of the parties, the terms of purchase and payment of goods, the procedure for delivery and return of goods, and other provisions related to the purchase of goods.

1.4. The following have the right to purchase in the online store:

• capable natural persons;
• legal entities;
• minors between the ages of 14 and 18 with the consent of their parents or guardians.

1.5. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he has the right to conclude a purchase and sale agreement.
1.6. The Seller has the right to change these Rules at any time. Changes come into effect upon their publication in the online store.
1.7. Goods purchased in the online store can be delivered in the Republic of Lithuania and other European Union member states. Specific delivery options, terms and prices are indicated at the time of placing the order.


2. Protection of personal data

2.1. The Buyer's personal data is processed in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and the Seller's Privacy Policy.
2.2. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.
2.3. Buyer's data is used for order fulfillment, accounting, customer service and other purposes provided for by law.


3. Conclusion of a purchase and sale agreement

3.1. The purchase and sale agreement is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer places an order, becomes familiar with these Rules and makes the payment.
3.2. The Agreement is valid until the obligations of the parties are fully fulfilled.
3.3. The concluded contracts are stored in the Seller's database.
3.4. The Buyer may cancel the order before it is dispatched by informing the Seller by e-mail.
3.5. If the order has already been shipped, the return procedure set out in these Rules applies.


4. Buyer's rights and obligations

4.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the online store in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules.
4.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the distance sales contract in accordance with the procedure established by law.
4.3. The Buyer undertakes to pay for the goods and accept them.
4.4. The Buyer must provide correct data.


5. Seller's rights and obligations

5.1. The Seller undertakes to provide access to the online store.
5.2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the ordered goods.
5.3. If the ordered goods cannot be delivered, the Buyer will be offered a similar product or the money paid will be refunded.


6. Product prices and payment

6.1. All prices of goods indicated in the online store are given in euros (EUR).
6.2. The delivery fee for goods is not included in the price of the goods, unless otherwise specified for the specific goods or at the time of ordering.
6.3. The Buyer may pay for the goods in the following ways:

6.3.1. Electronic banking

Payment is made using the Montonio payment platform, choosing one of the electronic banking service providers supported by the platform. After payment, the funds are transferred directly to the Seller's bank account.

6.3.2. By payment cards

Payments can be made using Visa, Mastercard and other supported payment cards. Payment card collection services are provided by UAB "OPAY solutions" (legal entity code 302664558), a payment institution licensed by the Bank of Lithuania.

6.3.3. Payment in installments

The Buyer may choose to pay in installments using the financing services provided by ESTO Pay. The terms of payment in installments are determined between the Buyer and ESTO Pay.

6.4. If payment is made by bank transfer, payment must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. If payment is not received within the specified period, the Seller has the right to unilaterally cancel the order.


7. Delivery of goods

7.1. Goods are delivered within the territory of the Republic of Lithuania.
7.2. The buyer must provide an accurate delivery address and contact details.
7.3. The goods are delivered by courier services or other partners of the Seller.
7.4. The usual delivery time is from 1 to 5 business days, unless otherwise specified for a specific item.
7.5. Delivery prices are indicated at the time of ordering before payment is made.
7.6. If delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond the Seller's control, the Seller shall inform the Buyer thereof.
7.7. Upon receipt of the shipment, the Buyer must check its condition and immediately inform the Seller of any damage noticed.


8. Warranty

8.1. All goods are subject to the quality guarantee established in legal acts.
8.2. If the manufacturer provides an additional warranty, its terms and conditions are indicated together with the product.


9. Return of goods

9.1. The return of goods is carried out in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
9.2. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the distance sales contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.
9.3. In order to return the product, the Buyer must inform the Seller by e-mail info@1dronas.lt.
9.4. The returned item must be:

• unused;
• intact;
• not losing its marketable appearance;
• in the original packaging;
• with all components.

9.5. When returning a quality product, the return costs are paid by the Buyer.
9.6. If a defective or incorrect product is returned, the return costs are paid by the Seller.

9.8. The Seller shall refund the funds paid by the Buyer no later than 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the notification of withdrawal from the contract. The Seller has the right to withhold the refund until it receives the returned goods or until the Buyer provides proof that the goods have been sent.
9.9. Funds are refunded using the same payment method used for the initial payment, unless the Buyer expressly agrees to another refund method.


10. Information exchange

10.1. The Seller sends information to the email address specified by the Buyer.
10.2. The Buyer shall send all notifications by e-mail: info@1dronas.lt.


11. Dispute resolution procedure

11.1. All disagreements shall first be resolved through negotiations.
11.2. The Buyer may submit requests, complaints and claims by e-mail: info@1dronas.lt.
11.3. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, the consumer has the right to contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Service (Vilniaus g. 25, LT-01402 Vilnius, Lithuania, www.vvtat.lt) or use the European Commission's electronic dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. .
11.4. All disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
