1. General provisions.
1.1. This privacy policy regulates the basic principles and procedure for collecting, processing and storing personal data of the 1dronas.lt online store and the Customer.
1.2. The collection, processing and storage of the Client's personal data is determined by this privacy policy, the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on the Legal Protection of Personal Data and other legal acts.
1.3. By providing their personal data in the online store, the Customer agrees that the online store 1dronas.lt will manage and process them for the purposes, means and procedure provided for in this privacy policy and legal acts.

2. Collection, processing, and storage of personal data.
2.1. The online store 1dronas.lt is guided by the following basic principles of personal data processing:

2.2.4. resolve problems related to the provision or delivery of goods;

3. Transfer of personal data to third parties.
3.1. The online store 1dronas.lt has the right to transfer information to third parties only to achieve the purposes of clause 2.2 and only in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. 
3.2. Payments in the online store are processed using the makecommerce.lt platform, which is managed by Maksekeskus AS (Niine 11, Tallinn 10414, Estonia, reg. no.: 12268475), therefore your personal information required for payment execution and confirmation will be transferred to Maksekeskus AS.
3.3. Leasing payments in the online store are processed using the estopay.lt platform, which is managed by Esto Holdings OÜ Laeva tn 2, 10111 Tallinn, Harjumaa, Estonia, therefore your personal information required for payment execution and confirmation will be transferred to Esto Holdings OÜ.

4. Registration submission rules.
4.1 The Customer must provide complete, detailed and correct information about themselves in the registration form. If inaccurate, false or misleading information is provided in the registration form, the e-store has the right to cancel the Customer's registration and delete the data or limit the Customer's ability to use the e-store.

5. Changing or updating personal data.
5.1. The customer has the right to contact the online store by e-mail. info@1dronas.lt or by phone +37067994960 to change and/or update and/or delete information about yourself provided to the e-store.

6. Cookies.

7. Final provisions.
7.1. The online store 1dronas.lt has the right to partially or completely change the Privacy Terms by notifying the e-store about this. Further use of the e-store services means compliance with these rules. All disagreements and disputes arising are resolved by negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
