1. General provisions

1.1. These online store rules (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) are a legal document binding on the Parties, which establishes the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the 1dronas.lt e-store operating under the MB “Eddo rc” activity certificate (hereinafter referred to as the Seller), the conditions for concluding a purchase and sale agreement, purchasing and paying for goods, the procedure for delivering and returning products, the liability of the parties and other provisions related to the purchase and sale of goods in the 1dronas.lt online store.
1.2. All legal and natural persons who have reached the age of majority, whose legal capacity is not restricted by court order, and minors from 14 to 18 years of age, have the right to purchase in the 1dronas.lt online store, only with the consent of their parents or guardians, except in cases where they independently dispose of their income.
1.3. By approving the Rules, the Buyer guarantees that, in accordance with clauses 1. 2. of the Rules, he has the right to purchase goods in the 1dronas.lt online store.
1.4. The Seller has the right to unilaterally change, amend or supplement the Rules at any time, taking into account the requirements established by legal acts. Changes to the Rules come into force from the moment of their publication in the online store. If after the publication of the changed Rules, the Buyer continues to use the Store, this means that the Buyer unconditionally agrees with all changes to the Rules.
The online store "www.1dronas.lt" sells in the territories of the Republic of Lithuania.

2. Protection of personal data

2.1. The Buyer can order goods in the 1dronas.lt online store by registering and entering the data requested during registration.
2.2. When registering in the 1dronas.lt online store, the Buyer must provide correct personal information. The Buyer is responsible for providing correct data. If the Buyer is a legal entity, he must indicate the legal entity code and VAT number (if any).
2.3. The Buyer understands and agrees that any actions performed after logging into the online store using the Buyer's login details will be considered by the Seller as actions performed by the Buyer, therefore the Buyer undertakes to ensure the confidentiality of the login details and not to disclose them to third parties, and to take all possible security measures to prevent third parties from using them. 
2.4. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's personal data to third parties except in cases where this is necessary for the proper fulfillment of the Buyer's order. In all other cases, the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania shall apply.
2.5. By approving these rules, the Buyer agrees that the personal data provided by the Buyer will be processed for the purposes of selling goods and services in the 1dronas.lt online store, analyzing the Seller's activities and direct marketing. The Buyer also agrees that information messages necessary to fulfill the order of goods will be sent to the e-mail address and phone number specified by the Buyer.

3. Conclusion of a purchase and sale agreement

3.1. A purchase and sale agreement is concluded for each order. The agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer creates a shopping cart in his/her name in the online store, specifies the delivery address, selects a payment method, and, having familiarized himself/herself with these Rules, clicks the "Buy" or "Pay" button and pays for the goods himself/herself.
3.2. The purchase and sale agreement is valid until the obligations under this agreement are fully fulfilled.
3.3. 1dronas.lt stores each contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller.

4. Buyer's rights and obligations

4.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the 1dronas.lt online store in accordance with the procedure established in these Rules and other information sections of this e-store.
4.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract for the purchase and sale of goods with the 1dronas.lt online store by notifying the Seller thereof by e-mail.
4.3. The Buyer undertakes to accept the ordered goods and pay the agreed price for them.
4.4. If the Buyer's data provided in the registration form changes, the Buyer must update them immediately.
4.5. The Buyer undertakes not to transfer his login details to third parties. And if he loses his login details, he must immediately inform the Seller about it.
4.6. By using the 1dronas.lt online store, the Buyer agrees to these Terms of Sale and undertakes to comply with them and not to violate the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

5. Seller's rights and obligations

5.1. In the event of important circumstances, the Seller has the right to temporarily or permanently terminate the operations of the online store without separate notice.
5.2. The Seller undertakes to provide all conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the 1dronas.lt online store.
5.3. If the Buyer tries to harm the stability and security of the 1dronas.lt online store, violates his obligations, places orders, does not pay for them, the Buyer cannot be contacted several times using the specified contacts, or otherwise harms the store's operations or related social networks or other space, the Seller has the right to immediately and without warning limit, suspend or terminate the Buyer's ability to use the 1dronas.lt online store, not fulfill his orders, and bring malicious Buyers to criminal liability.
5.4. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's right to privacy regarding the Buyer's personal information specified in the 1dronas.lt online store registration form and not to transfer it to third parties.
5.5. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer.
5.6. If, due to important circumstances, the Seller is unable to deliver the ordered goods to the Buyer, the Seller undertakes to offer the Buyer an analogous or as similar product as possible. If the Buyer does not agree with this offer, the Seller shall refund the money paid by the Buyer within 5 working days.
5.7. The Seller has the right to place links to other websites in the online store, but is not responsible for the information published or activities carried out on them.

6. Price of goods and payment procedure

6.1. The prices of goods in the online store and in the formed order are indicated in Euros.
6.2. Next to each specific Product is its description. If the information provided to the Buyer is insufficient, he must contact the Seller for additional information. By ordering the product, the Buyer confirms that the information about the product provided in the Store is complete and clear to him.
6.3. The Seller has the right to change the assortment of goods available in the Store, their descriptions, prices, delivery terms and other information available in the Store at any time without informing the Buyer.
6.4. The delivery fee for the product is not included in the price of the product, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
6.5. The Buyer may pay for the goods in one of the following ways:
6.5.1. Payments can be made using Swedbank, Seb, Luminor, Citadele and Šiaulių bankas electronic banking services. Payments are available in euros. Payments are processed using the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform.
6.5.2. By bank transfer to the account.

6.6. If you choose payment methods 6.5.1 and 6.5.2, and do not pay for the goods within 2 (two) business days, 1DRONAS.LT has the right to cancel the order without prior notice.

7. Delivery of goods

7.1. The Seller delivers the Goods in Lithuania (except for the Curonian Spit).
7.2. The buyer, having selected the delivery service during the order, undertakes to provide the exact delivery address, postal code, provide the exact contact telephone number and other additional information (staircase code, etc.).
7.3. The Buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In the event that the Buyer cannot accept the goods himself and deliver the goods to the specified address, the Buyer has no right to make claims against the Seller regarding the delivery of the goods to an inappropriate entity.
7.4. The Buyer undertakes to accept the goods on the day following the receipt of the notification that the shipment will be delivered to him. If the Buyer does not accept and/or collect the shipment, it will be transported repeatedly. For repeated deliveries, the Seller has the right to charge the Buyer if additional costs are incurred due to these deliveries.
7.5. The Goods are delivered by the Seller or an authorized representative (courier) of the Seller.
7.6. The Seller delivers the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the terms specified in the Product descriptions. In exceptional cases, the delivery of the goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller's control. In such a case, the Seller undertakes to immediately contact the Buyer and agree on the terms of delivery of the goods.
In all cases, the Seller is exempt from liability for violation of the delivery deadlines if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are delivered late due to the fault of the Buyer or due to circumstances beyond the Seller's control.
7.7. The delivery price is fixed and does not change when purchasing more than one item. When purchasing more than 10 items, the delivery price must be agreed in advance with 1dronas.lt. The Buyer must immediately inform the Seller if the shipment is delivered in a crumpled or otherwise damaged package, if the shipment contains unordered items or an incorrect quantity, or an incomplete product package.
7.8. If the Buyer notices any damage to the packaging during delivery, he must make notes on the delivery document provided by the courier or draw up a separate act regarding these damages. The Buyer must do this in the presence of the courier. Failure to do so releases the Seller from liability to the Buyer for damage to the goods related to damage to the packaging that the Buyer did not note on the courier's delivery document.
7.9. The Buyer may not change the delivery address of the goods at his own discretion once the shipment has been shipped. If the delivery location is changed in person in consultation with the courier or other delivery service, the Seller is not responsible for the fulfillment of the delivery deadline and has the right to additionally charge the Buyer for additional costs incurred due to the arbitrary change of the customer's delivery address once the shipment has been shipped. (The costs incurred may be covered by issuing an additional invoice to the Buyer, or deducted from the amount of the returned goods.

8. Warranty

8.1. All goods sold in the Store are provided with a manufacturer's quality guarantee.

8.2 In the event that the Seller does not provide a warranty for certain types of goods, the warranty provided for in accordance with Lithuanian legislation shall apply.

9. Return and exchange of goods

9.1. The return of goods is carried out in accordance with the retail trade rules approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania of July 22, 2014, Resolution No. 738 (Official Gazette, 2014, No. 2014-10565).
9.2. In order to return or exchange the product(s), the Buyer may do so within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer. The Buyer must inform the Seller by e-mail and fill out a special form for exchange - return of goods, indicating the name of the returned product, order number and reasons for return.
9.3. The money will be transferred to the bank account specified by the Buyer no later than 14 days after the return of the goods and purchase documents (ie invoice).
9.4. The Buyer shall not be compensated for the costs of delivery of the Goods.
9.5. The costs of returning products (without defects) are borne by the Buyer.
9.6. The returned product must be in its original, neat packaging, undamaged, unused, in the same configuration as when the Buyer received it, and must not have lost its commercial appearance (undamaged labels, etc.) (this point does not apply in the case of returning a defective product). When returning the product, it is necessary to provide a document of its purchase.
9.7. The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not comply with the terms and conditions for the return of goods set out in paragraphs 2, 3, 5 and 6. The goods returned by the Buyer will be assessed to determine whether the products have been returned in accordance with the conditions specified above. If the conditions have not been met, no refund will be given. Delivery or collection of the goods in such cases will be discussed individually. 
9.8. When returning the wrong product and/or a product of poor quality, the Seller undertakes to accept such products and replace them with similar suitable products within a reasonable period of time.
9.9. In the event that the Seller does not have goods suitable for replacement, the amount paid for the goods shall be refunded to the Buyer.
9.10. Goods in the SALE category are non-refundable. Additional costs incurred when purchasing goods from this category are not reimbursed.

10. Information exchange

10.1. The Seller sends all notifications to the email address provided in the Buyer's registration form.
10.2. The Buyer shall send all messages and questions to the address specified in the "Contacts" section of the Seller's online store.

11. Final provisions

11.1. The Rules of the online store 1dronas.lt have been drawn up in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania, therefore the law of the Republic of Lithuania applies to the relations arising on their basis.
11.2. All disputes arising from or related to the purchase and sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, the disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
