2.1. The online store 1dronas.lt is guided by the following basic principles of personal data processing:
2.1.1. Personal data is collected for specified and legitimate purposes;
2.1.2. Personal data is processed accurately and fairly;
2.1.3. The personal data policy is constantly updated;
2.1.4. Personal data shall be stored for no longer than required by the established purposes of data processing;
2.1.5. Personal data is processed only by employees who have been granted such permission.
2.2. The online store 1dronas.lt respects the right of each customer to privacy. The customer's personal data specified in the e-store registration form and other data necessary for the fulfillment of the order are collected and processed for the following purposes:

3.3. Payments by payment cards are processed using the payment services provided by UAB "OPAY solutions" (legal entity code 302664558). Personal data required for the execution and confirmation of the payment may be transferred to this payment service provider.

3.4. Payments in installments are processed using ESTO Pay services provided by Esto Holdings OÜ. By choosing this payment method, personal data necessary for payment execution, creditworthiness assessment and contract conclusion may be transferred to ESTO Pay.

3.5. Data necessary for the delivery of goods may be transferred to courier services and delivery partners.

3.6. Personal data may also be transferred to state institutions when provided for by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

4. Registration submission rules.

Further use of the e-store services means compliance with these rules. All disagreements and disputes arising are resolved by negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
