BETAFPV Air65 II Brushless Whoop Frame

For almost two years, the Air65 frame has become the standard for lightweight and maneuverable drones. Now, in collaboration with the global pilot community, we are introducing the updated 2.65g Air65 II frame, which has been completely redesigned from the ground up. The BETAFPV R&D team has examined every part of the frame – struts, duct geometry, impact zones. The result is an improved design: instead of six struts, four, optimized ducts and a connection structure are used. This reduces structural vibrations, increases thrust 5 % and ensures more accurate PID operation. Improved PP material absorbs shocks better and protects the frame in the event of a crash. Other solutions – screw protection, enlarged FC mounting holes and a lower duct profile – provide even more reliability. The Air65 II is designed for intense, uncompromising flying without the constant fear of damage.

Redesigned frame: +5 % thrust

By reducing the number of struts from 6 to 4 and improving the aerodynamics of the ducts, the Air65 II achieves 5 % more thrust than the first generation model.

Reliable flight

After numerous design improvements, the final shape of the connecting struts effectively reduces frame vibrations. Combined with the Feedforward tuning, this ensures near-perfect PID response with less than 12ms latency – meaning precise maneuverability and ultra-smooth freestyle flight.

Optimized, resistant material

The battlefield-tested PP material composition easily withstands impacts with concrete and tree branches. Survive even the toughest freestyle crashes – and get home safely.

Details matter.

Every detail is perfect: motor locking slots ensure precise alignment, new motor screw protection structures absorb shock, enlarged 1.2mm FC holes perfectly fit 1.4mm screws, and 12.4mm lower channels (-0.6mm) combined with 3.8mm thin short-can motors ensure an optimal design.
