The HDZero BoxPro and BoxPro+ are high-performance FPV goggles with a box-like design that offers ultra-low video latency and excellent value for money. They support HDZero digital, analog and HDMI video signals, and feature a bright 100 Hz, 1800 nit LCD display for smooth, sharp and immersive visuals. A built-in, sensitive analog receiver and four antennas (two internal directional and two included SMA antennas) allow you to enjoy excellent signal reception right out of the box. With a 100 Hz HDMI input, versatile connectors and wide compatibility, the BoxPro series is perfect for both beginners and experienced pilots - from analog Tiny Whoop drones to fast HDZero racing FPV drones.
HDZero BoxPro or BoxPro+ – what's the difference?
Both models use the same core platform and have the same essential FPV features: a 100 Hz, 1800 nit LCD display, 56° viewing angle, integrated HDZero digital tuner, analog tuner, four antenna system, HDMI input and output, and integrated DVR.
HDZero BoxPro – the standard version, which has all the basic features needed for HDZero and analog FPV flying. This is the optimal choice if additional wireless features are not required.
HDZero BoxPro+ – an expanded version that additionally has integrated Wi-Fi and ExpressLRS Backpack functionality. Wi-Fi allows you to wirelessly stream the glasses' image to your phone or computer, while the ExpressLRS Backpack provides additional integration options with compatible ELRS hardware, including wireless channel synchronization and head tracking functions.
100Hz display and ultra-low latency
The BoxPro series uses a bright 100 Hz LCD display, which, together with extremely low video latency, ensures smooth and accurate images. With a video latency of just 1 ms for HDMI, 3 ms for analog cameras and 4 ms for HDZero cameras, the goggles can be used not only for regular FPV flights, but also for racing and freestyle, where fast response is especially important. The high brightness of the 1800 nit display ensures good visibility even in bright environments, and the wide 56° viewing angle provides an immersive flight view.
One goggles for different FPV systems
The goggles have an integrated HDZero digital and analog receiver, so there is no need for additional external receivers to use these systems. The HDZero receiver supports all HDZero video modes, and the integrated high-sensitivity analog receiver allows the goggles to be used with traditional 5.8 GHz analog FPV systems. A mini HDMI input further expands compatibility and allows the goggles to be used with other compatible video sources or FPV simulators. An HDMI output allows you to transmit the image to an external monitor or other compatible device.
Excellent signal reception right away
The glasses use a four-antenna system. Two 7 dBi directional Patch antennas are integrated into the glasses themselves, and two more 5.8 GHz SMA linear antennas are included in the kit. Therefore, the glasses are ready to use immediately and there is no need to purchase additional antennas.
Advanced DVR video recording
The integrated H.265 DVR allows you to record HDZero, analog and HDMI video. Automatic and manual recording modes are supported. The video can be encoded in H.264 or H.265 format, supporting resolutions up to 1920 × 1080 @ 60 FPS or 1280 × 720 @ 100 FPS. Multiple audio sources are also supported - integrated microphone, Line-In and AV-In.
Additional BoxPro+ wireless features
The BoxPro+ model additionally integrates a Wi-Fi module, allowing for wireless image transmission to a phone or computer. It also integrates an ExpressLRS Backpack module, providing wireless synchronization capabilities with compatible ELRS control devices and support for additional functions, such as head tracking. These integrated wireless functions are not available in the standard BoxPro model.
Built for long flights
The comfortable box-like design is designed to be comfortable to wear during extended FPV sessions. The design also allows many users to wear the BoxPro with regular vision goggles. An adjustable fan helps to effectively cool the electronics and reduce fogging. The goggles support custom dioptric lens inserts, allowing them to be even more customized to the user's vision.
Open source platform
The HDZero BoxPro series runs on the Linux operating system and the software is open source, giving the community and advanced users more opportunities to develop additional features and customize the glasses to their individual needs.
