Performance and compatibility
For maximum connection stability, it is recommended to mount the antenna away from carbon fiber, metal and motors. The receiver is compatible with the ExpressLRS ecosystem and works best with the latest ELRS firmware version. 500 mW telemetry ensures a strong return signal and lower losses over long distances.
Frequency selection
The 900 MHz and 2.4 GHz bands provide excellent range and stability. 900 MHz (in FCC regions) usually provides better long-range performance than the 868 MHz EU version. The 2.4 GHz band features extremely low latency and a burst rate of up to 500 Hz, making it ideal for precision control and freestyle flying.
