The RadioMaster RP series receivers feature a built-in TCXO (Temperature-Controlled Crystal Oscillator) that ensures reliable, stable, and accurate signal reception, making them perform well in challenging conditions and enhancing the flight experience.
The RadioMaster RP Series receivers are designed with size, ease of use and range in mind. Powered by ExpressLRS 2.4ghz open source software, the RP Series nano receivers deliver the features and range that modern pilots expect.
Built with the ESP8285 MCU and SX1280IMLTRT RF chip, the RP series receivers offer LoRa and FLRC 2.4ghz RF communications with incredible range and low latency. Thanks to the built-in Wifi, FW updates can be performed on your board without removing the receiver. Binding can be done using a binding phrase, meaning no more fiddling with plugs or complicated button presses when trying to connect a battery.
The RP3 receiver features Skyworks' SE2431L, which includes an LNA for improved receiver performance, a PA for up to 100mW of telemetry performance, and antenna switching for antenna diversity.

TCXO (Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillator)
The TCXO provides high frequency control stability and accuracy by compensating for temperature fluctuations. This ensures consistent and reliable signal reception even in extreme temperatures. It also reduces frequency drift over time, ensuring long-term frequency stability and protecting the signal from degradation.
