Warranty:

In order to ensure successful and long-term operation of the product, we always ask you to carefully read and follow the general instructions for use of the product and the manufacturer's instructions. A detailed instruction manual for use of the product from the manufacturer will be included with each purchased product, and how long the product you purchased will last for you will depend on your knowledge and skills. If after reading the instructions you are not sure that you have understood everything correctly, you can always contact us using the contacts listed on the contact page.

  • All electronic goods are covered by a 24-month warranty (unless otherwise stated in the product description);
  • For batteries 3 months;
  • For LiPo batteries 1 month.

The warranty is not provided if:

  • There is mechanical damage to the equipment (e.g., due to the buyer's fault, the propellers break when the drone falls, the video camera is damaged, the motors fail, etc.);
  • The product is returned without purchase documents;
  • The defect occurred due to improper operation, transportation or maintenance of the product, disregarding the manufacturer's instructions, as well as due to cold, humidity, liquids or heat;
  • The product defects occurred due to natural wear and tear (e.g. propellers).

During warranty service, defects that occur due to the manufacturer's fault are repaired within the following terms: 14-21 days from the transfer of the product to the service performing warranty service or within 45 days if the part necessary for warranty repair must be delivered from abroad. In all cases, the goal is to perform warranty service in the shortest possible time.

If the Seller is unable to eliminate the defect, the Seller undertakes to replace such goods with similar suitable goods.

In the event that the Seller does not have suitable goods for replacement, the amount paid will be refunded to the Buyer.

   Returns:

If the Buyer wishes to return the product(s), he/she may do so within 14 (fourteen) business days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer by informing the Seller via the means of communication specified in the contact section, indicating the name of the returned product, order number and reason for return.

Conditions:

  • The product can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product (the clause does not apply to the return of a factory-defective product);
  • The returned item must be in its original, neat packaging (this clause does not apply to returning a factory-defective item);
  • The Product must be undamaged by the Buyer;
  • The product must not have lost its commercial appearance (labels not damaged, protective film not torn, etc.) (this point does not apply when returning a factory-defective product);
  • The returned item must be in the same configuration as the one received by the Buyer;
  • The returned item must be securely packaged;
  • When returning the item, the buyer is responsible for its smooth and safe return to us.

The Seller has the right to refuse to accept the Buyer's returned goods if the Buyer does not follow the established procedure for returning goods.

When returning goods, the buyer delivers the goods to the Seller's office at his own expense.

Money for returned goods is in all cases transferred only to the payer's bank account, unless the Buyer and Seller agree otherwise.

The buyer will be refunded the amount paid, excluding the cost of delivery.
