A detailed instruction manual for use of the product from the manufacturer will be included with each purchased product, and how long the product you purchased will last for you will depend on your knowledge and skills. If after reading the instructions you are not sure that you have understood everything correctly, you can always contact us using the contacts listed on the contact page.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">All electronic goods are covered by a 24-month warranty (unless otherwise stated in the product description);<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">For batteries 3 months;<br \/><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">For LiPo batteries 1 month.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #333333; font-size: 100%;\">The warranty is not provided if:<\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">There is mechanical damage to the equipment (e.g., due to the buyer&#039;s fault, the propellers break when the drone falls, the video camera is damaged, the motors fail, etc.);<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">The product is returned without purchase documents;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">The defect occurred due to improper operation, transportation or maintenance of the product, disregarding the manufacturer&#039;s instructions, as well as due to cold, humidity, liquids or heat;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">The product defects occurred due to natural wear and tear (e.g. propellers).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">During warranty service, defects that occur due to the manufacturer&#039;s fault are repaired within the following terms: 14-21 days from the transfer of the product to the service performing warranty service or within 45 days if the part necessary for warranty repair must be delivered from abroad. In all cases, the goal is to perform warranty service in the shortest possible time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">If the Seller is unable to eliminate the defect, the Seller undertakes to replace such goods with similar suitable goods. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">In the event that the Seller does not have suitable goods for replacement, the amount paid will be refunded to the Buyer.<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"color: #424242;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-532\" src=\"https:\/\/1dronas.lt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/arrow-go-back-line.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"25\" height=\"25\" srcset=\"https:\/\/1dronas.lt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/arrow-go-back-line.png 120w, https:\/\/1dronas.lt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/arrow-go-back-line-12x12.png 12w, https:\/\/1dronas.lt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/arrow-go-back-line-100x100.png 100w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 25px) 100vw, 25px\" \/>\u00a0 \u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 85%;\">Returns:<\/span><\/span><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">If the Buyer wishes to return the product(s), he\/she may do so within 14 (fourteen) business days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer by informing the Seller via the means of communication specified in the contact section, indicating the name of the returned product, order number and reason for return.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-size: 100%; color: #333333;\">Conditions:<\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">The product can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product (the clause does not apply to the return of a factory-defective product);<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">The returned item must be in its original, neat packaging (this clause does not apply to returning a factory-defective item);<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">The Product must be undamaged by the Buyer;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">The product must not have lost its commercial appearance (labels not damaged, protective film not torn, etc.) (this point does not apply when returning a factory-defective product);<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">The returned item must be in the same configuration as the one received by the Buyer;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">The returned item must be securely packaged;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">When returning the item, the buyer is responsible for its smooth and safe return to us.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">The Seller has the right to refuse to accept the Buyer&#039;s returned goods if the Buyer does not follow the established procedure for returning goods.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">When returning goods, the buyer delivers the goods to the Seller&#039;s office at his own expense.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Money for returned goods is in all cases transferred only to the payer&#039;s bank account, unless the Buyer and Seller agree otherwise.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">The buyer will be refunded the amount paid, excluding the cost of delivery.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/1dronas.lt\/en\/prekiu-grazinimo-forma\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"button primary is-outline\" rel=\"noopener\" style=\"border-radius:99px;\">\n\t\t<span>You can find the return form here.<\/span>\n\t<\/a>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-824","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
